We have the best beachfront rates around! All available units have a balcony with a beautiful, relaxing oceanfront view. Price varies per unit, so call early to get the best deal!

February ~ Rates FROM $1595 per week.
First two weeks of March ~ Rates FROM $1795 per week.
Middle of March to the middle of April ~ Rates FROM $2195 per week.**
Middle of April to the end of May ~ Rates FROM $1095 per week.
June ~ Rates FROM $1295 per week.
July 4th Week ~ Rates FROM $1595 per week.
Last three weeks of July to mid August ~ Rates FROM $1295 per week.
Mid August thru December ~ Rates FROM $1095 per week, excluding all holidays.
Thanksgiving week ~ Rates FROM $1095 per week.
Christmas Week ~ Rates FROM $1395 per week.
*All rates are based on an occupancy of four people. Bookings of over four people are subject to increased cleaning fee and a fee of $80 per person after the initial four guests.
** Rates during these times are subject to change based on Spring Break, holidays, and school break weeks.
- All rentals are finalized over the phone. This allows us to let you know about specials, deals, and price changes. Unlisted and holiday weeks’ rates are to be determined over the phone
- All rentals are weekly. Check-in is after 4pm Saturday and check out by 10 am the following Saturday.
- Neither pets nor smoking is allowed in any unit.
- All rental rates are subject to a 13% State of Florida lodging tax, as well as an additional cleaning fee of $165.
